The SCRUM MASTER/AGILIST role is a servant leadership role within the organization; the role is across multiple initiatives and teams, and across multiple Agile practices (ex. Scrum, KanBan, etc.). This role also requires a thorough understanding of more traditional (Non-Agile) management practices that are supported throughout the business. Above all, the Scrum Master/Agilist must proactively support and grow an Agile Digital environment.

- Facilitate Agile process related meetings and daily practice for associated teams (stand-ups, checkpoints, planning, retrospectives, reviews, etc.).
- Work with individuals, groups, and management to support and refine Agile process, with an emphasis on Outcome, not Output.
- Foster and maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers within business units and/or functions.
- Represent and be the voice of associated teams in a variety of cross-organizational forums, as required.
