Project Scheduler/Planner

Offshore Wind Energy Operations are looking for a Planner/Project Scheduler to support planning activities for around 4 months in Coventry. This Planner/Project Scheduler has to be highly competent in Primavera P6 and have prior offshore wind construction experience. This role is to assist the existing Planner, and work under the guidance of the Lead Project Scheduler on the Offshore Wind Farm project.

Responsibilities

Support the development, updating and maintenance of the construction phase schedule in Primavera P6 format (thorough understanding of this planning software a key requirement)
Work pro-actively with other members of the Project Team to collect information and updates regarding the time schedule from project package managers;
Prepare progress reports and materials required to support decision making at all levels in the Project Team and senior management
Attend Project meetings (internal and external) in the project offices and other locations as requested by the project team
Embed best practice, synergies and lessons learnt from other E.ON offshore projects by active liaison with their schedulers (eg Humber Gateway, Amrumbank)

Requirements

Comprehensive working knowledge and experience of Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software
Offshore wind construction experience
Major onshore linear infrastructure project (eg electricity transmission/distribution)
