IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Creation, maintenance and tracking of project plans of medium to large scale projects
-Project plan negotiation and coordination with all involved departments / functions
-Generation of project timeline, budget and resource planning
-Continuous tracking of the critical path
-Verification of planning assumptions including identification of gaps
-Managing cross-functional plans including tracking of project activities and progress
-Outlining dependencies between tasks within one project or between several projects
-Analysing influences on project planning caused by changes, risks or issues
-Early exposure of any deviations (schedule, resources, budget) and early warning of concerned parties
-Consulting and support of project leaders in identification and implementation of preventive and / or corrective measures
-Preparation of project progress and status reports

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant area of study (Master or equivalent)
-Advanced knowledge and experience in creation of complex project plans using MS Project / MS Project Server
-Project Management education / certificate / experience (PMP or equivalent), project management know-how across all project phases
-Very good communication skills: ability to communicate on several levels of the organization (in German and English)
-Advanced knowledge of and experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Fluent in German and English
