PROJECT SCHEDULER

PURPOSE OF ROLE
Our client is one of the leading names within the Pharmaceutical/Med Device industry are looking for a new Project Scheduler to join their team. The Project Scheduler is primarily responsible for the integration of schedules into an overall Master Project Program and to monitor and report on progress.
The Project Scheduler is also responsible for highlighting deviations and variation in project timelines that effect the overall project completion date.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

THE ACTIVITIES WOULD INCLUDE:

- Development of Project Controls procedures
- Integration of supplier/contractor program and schedules into Master Project Program
- Planning, development and maintaining of Master Schedule, Cost & Resource Plans
- Planning, developing and maintaining Risk Management Plan
- Identifying key activities within the Master Project Plan and reporting of status
- Highlighting in a timely fashion any correct actions required to maintain project schedule
- Provide data and information to the relevant Project Manager/Engineer
- Liaise with Supplier/Contractors Project Planners to ensure compliance with Master Project Plan.
- Contribute in, internal & external Schedule Quality & Risk Assessments
- Conduct PERT schedule analysis.
- Manage & maintain Change control process/system (primarily Cost & Schedule change)
- Any other Project-specific Reporting and Control Services

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

ESSENTIAL:

- Degree/Higher Education Certificate in Engineering or associated subject.
- 5 years experience in general project planning and control experience
- Advanced skill level in MS Project (analysis of Baselines, Predecessors/Successors, Dependencies, Critical path, Earned value, Lag, Float, Constraints, S Curves etc)
- Proven application of various planning methodologies used on Facility Construction and Process Equipment development and integration projects
