Project Scheduler

This is a job opportunity within Government for a contract position. It is also an excellent networking opportunity to move into different projects around the site and develop your career/experience.

DUTIES

This job is for a Project Scheduler and you will be required to analyse the current dates in order to assist in the production of a schedule. You will also check schedules from bidders for availability and anomalies. The position will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and in time should you want to, develop yourself into becoming a Project Manager within this area where there are many different projects going on.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone who has experience or qualifications with regards to Projects and specifically schedules. The framework being used is generally Price2 and APMP therefore an understand of these areas would be beneficial, also knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Project would be an advantage.

In terms of the person fit, someone who understand either Government or Defence environments, has a "can do" attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
