Project / Sales Manager

An opportunity has come about for a client who specialises in the provision of temporary and permanent power solutions, generator hire, generator service & parts, interruptible power supplies (UPS) and temporary electrics. They offer a complete turnkey package for the design, build, installation and commissioning of critical power equipment such as generators, UPS systems and temporary electrical supplies. The company has a turnover of £25m and are well known in the industry for their excellent delivery of products and service. The role is for a project / sales manager focusing mainly on the London area, and the successful candidate must be prepared to work from the office 3 days a week. Only apply if you specifically have generator knowledge and experience. Knowledge of FG Wilson engines is desirable but not essential. You will need to have experience in selling to consultants. For this role, technical sales ability is an absolute MUST and ideally you will have some project management experience as this role is not cold calling, but rather responding to client enquiries and working out a solution, selling generators and then overseeing these projects through to their completion. The salary on this role is a minimum of £50k negotiable up to £60k depending on experience in addition to a company car or car allowance.
