Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.

MAIN TASK: Looking for an enthusiastic and skilled team player open for different tasks within the German- and English-speaking project risk management environment for product development and product care of diagnostic instruments. Open and motivated to learn company-specific standards, tools, and processes and corresponding ability to incorporate them in the daily work. This position requires seniority in communication skills in order to successfully play at various stakeholder levels within the diagnostics organization

ROLE:

-Introduce/establish the Project RM process on key projects.
-Lead/manage the Project Risk Management process for product development.
-For assigned projects, proactively support/challenge the project risk quality in line with the RM process and project development strategy.
-Consult and support the project stakeholders with the risk assessment, analysis and reporting.
-Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis in support of the project planning activities.
-Provide risk reports for the Project Review Steering.
-Organize and conduct risk review at Project Core Team Meetings.
-Organize and conduct Risk Management workshops and trainings.
-Where necessary and applicable, improve/adapt the Project RM process and the corresponding tools.

Must Have Skills:
-3 - 5 Years of minimum experience required
-Risk management expertise and including high communication skills at various levels of stakeholders (project, management)
-Project management expertise and experience in a large organization (3-5 years); experience with project planning and related software
-Previous experience with HW and SW development process
-Projekt Management, Risk Management

Skills & Personality:
-Senior personality with solid communication and presentation skills effectively addressing the needs at different levels of stakeholders within the diagnostics organization.
-Proactive engagement and motivated team player.
-Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel incl. Visual Basic.
-Self-motivated and very interested in Project Risk Management.
-Willing to travel to some extent (abroad for some weeks)
-Good communication in English and German
