Project Resource Manager

Project Resource Manager required to join our Financial Services Client in London, on a contract basis for an initial 6 months.

The selected candidate will join a large and fast paced programme and will be responsible for a resource process definition, documentation & delivery project.

If successful you will work with the existing team to define, document and roll out a consistent, coherent resource identification, on-boarding, management, performance managed & off boarding process for contractors. This will include portfolio, programme and project controls, relevant reporting & MI. Although many processes already exist the key challenge will be consolidating current processes to develop cohesive, standard processes which will enable clear and simpler reporting at portfolio level.

To be considered for this role, applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
* End to end resourcing process design,
* Resource change management projects experience
* Project Management,
* A thorough understanding of Resource Management including On-boarding & training of new starters, Performance management, contract resource supplier management.
* An understanding of & ability to evaluate competing IT resourcing systems.
* Stakeholder management
* An understanding of the political impacts of resource related programmes and experience managing these impacts.
