An open opportunity for the right candidate has arisen.

I am searching the market for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor. You must boast a main contracting background with experience working on either schools, academies, universities or care homes due to up and coming project due to start next year. You will have managed a full project or a number of small projects at one time and have the knowledge to be able to tutor and guide junior surveyors on site.

You must be able to advise project management on contractual implications of intended courses of action; also have the capability to deal with selection, procurement, management & settlement of sub-contractors packages.

The contract is on a temp to perm basis with a rate of approximately 18 - 22 per hour depending on the level of expertise of the individual.
