> Fully competent and proven experience in leading and mentoring Design and Process FMEAs and concept selection exercises.
> Broad background in design and production for electro-mechanical parts and assemblies with electronics and software experience an advantage.
> Familiarity with geometrical measurement and calibration
> Experience of facilitating of a team.
> Proven structured approach to problem solving with experience of 8D and ability to lead problem solving teams.
> Ability in MS Office.
> Attention to detail, energetic, confident, tenacious and professional approach
