Project Quality Manager (PrQM) (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
The Project Quality Management (PrQM) group is responsible for providing project assurance to End-to-End project managers working on large
transversal change projects. This project assurance role is performed using two distinct approaches:
? Coaching project managers and continuous quality improvement
? Quality control of projects by means of stage-gating

Function Description
Each PrQM coaches 4-5 project managers and provides quality control by challenging on time, scope, budget and risk.

Master required, preferably Civil or Commercial Engineer

Certification
Prince2, ADKAR …

Languages Requirement

Experience
Senior Project/Program manager profile, with, at least 10 years' experience of structured Project Management (i.e. methodology-driven project
management) ideally in the financial sector and/or on projects with significant IT contributions.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
? Good knowledge of PM methodologies (e.g. Prince 2, PMI, ADKAR); knowledge of RUP particularly useful
? Knowledge of PM tools e.g. MS-Project, Primavera, Planview etc.; knowledge of Clarity/Open Workbench particularly appreciated
? Deep change, program and project management experience

Preferable
? BNP experience
? Clarity experience

Business Experience
Mandatory
? BNPPF experience preferred; experience in other Belgian banks useful.

Soft skills
? Excellent EQ skills;
? Maturity and patience, must be at peace with oneself professionally as this is a behind-the-scenes role;
? Needs the confidence to challenge and coach business experts
? Excellent communication and influencing skills;
