Project Quality Assurance Expert - China
Location: Shenzhen, China
Length: 6 months - 1 year (contract)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- To built project quality assurance process and optimize it continually.
- To set up related QA organization according to process
- To design the performance metrics of Project management
- To develop the project quality assurance methodology
- To perform quality audit for project management
Requirement
- 10+ years of telecommunications experience
- Rich experience in IBM PQA dept. of Regional Office or Headquarter.
- Deeply understand IBM WWQA process based on 6 QAs point methodology.
- Rich experience both in project mgmt. and quality mgmt. area.
- Good organization, coordination and promote problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
