-Communicate the vision for the region to translate into actionable plans
-Set objectives for team members that are focused on delivering the operating plan
-Work with Sub-Discipline Team Managers on designing appropriate quality programs for Construction, Procurement, and Engineering
-Respinsible for audit procedures regarding quality plans, quality assurance and assurance processes
-Coordinate activites for programs aligned with the global standards and quality strategies
-Be familiar with ISO29001, ISO9001 and API Q1
