Your Skills
- Demonstrated experience in Project Assurance and Project Quality management
- Understanding of Project Management Office processes and services and experience in applying it
- Accreditation in project and change management methodologies a must (eg Agile, HERMES, PRINCE2, PMP, Prosci etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, at ease with diverse audiences
- Capacity to guide and support senior managers, project and program managers, sponsors and other stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously on transversal issues, negotiating across diverse interests
- Capacity to handle conflicting situations and act as a facilitator
- Comfortable with complex datasets and specialized software tools
- Fluent in English and French

Your Tasks
- Works with the main project stakeholders to provide project quality assurance
- Defines and implements a quality and assurance strategy
- Defines health checks, reviews planning and ensures their completion
- Manages risks and improves delivery confidence
- Defines how risk assessment will be carried out and monitors it
- Ascertains completeness of the project and accuracy of plans
- Provides documentation, feedback and reports to the Head of the PMO
- Defines how and when quality of work will be monitored and reported to the Head of the PMO, including aggregation and analysis of any quality monitoring data that will be collected
- Schedules assurance reviews
- Ensures a high level quality review by providing expertise and guidance across the project
