Project Quality & Assurance Advisor

Hanson Regan are currently looking for a Project Quality & Assurance Advisor for a 6 month part time role based in Switzerland. This role is offering 1-2 days a week.

The Project Quality & Assurance Advisor role provides quality and assurance oversight of a project or program. This quality review includes oversight on aspects such as leadership, people (organizational change management), process, compliance with project management framework and supplier management.

Fluent French and English

Main responsibilities
* Works with the main project stakeholders to provide project quality assurance
* Defines and implements a quality and assurance strategy
* Defines health checks, reviews planning and ensures their completion
* Manages risks and improves delivery confidence
* Defines how risk assessment will be carried out and monitors it
* Ascertains completeness of the project and accuracy of plans
* Provides documentation, feedback and reports to the Head of the PMO
* Defines how and when quality of work will be monitored and reported to the Head of the PMO, including aggregation and analysis of any quality monitoring data that will be collected
* Schedules assurance reviews
* Ensures a high level quality review by providing expertise and guidance across the project
