The key objectives are to enhance the system and to Improve the pricing capabilities; Connect internal pricing sources; implement proper user rights; enhance system pricing and display rules.
The project should result in a go-live of phase 2 in 2016 with these enhanced system capabilities. The objective and requested result of the FX project is the successful implementation of the Thomson Reuters FX trading module.
As a project lead you are responsible for this, project management experience is required in a Prince II environment.
