Project / Program Manager - Zürich

For my client I am currently recruiting for a Program Manager This is a challenging role and the person required should have an excellent experience in Project Management, leading teams and having a successful track record delivering project on time and budget. The role- You will be managing the Program Portfolio- Ensure coordination and delivery of projects on time (and budget) by the project managers on a global scale- Look after all the controlling and status reporting on the project portfolio- Make sure all programs are running within the group while managing the risk logs and alignment to other Programs - Ensure Project deliverables are completed, support with project communications and ensure action items are managed Skills required - University degree - MBA, ideally in finance - ideally certification in Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent internal trainings- experience dealing with stakeholders and high budget projects - excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills - fluent written and spoken English and ideally an understanding of German - knowledge in insurance/financial services, investment accounting and investment products would be an asset Your scope is global and this role will require partial travel.
