Project Manager needed to help to implement a new management framework for External Resources. Our project includes implementation of External Resource Title Taxonomy, the Accounting Cost Elements structure, development of related systems and tools, and implementation of consistent resource procurement models.

General assistance with several project management streams needed to accomplish overall project objections. Some task are very administrative, others include running training sessions, communicating the program objectives to orgs and leadership teams, and managing the systems implementation.

This is a multi-tiered project. Candidate has to assist on making sure all aspects are covered and moving forward as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Strong Project Management
- Strong communicator with the ability to appropriately engaged with leadership and key business partners at varying levels across the org
- Ability to drive results in a favorable manner to varying business partners
- Ability to lead without authority
- Professional calibre (often presenting to very senior leadership)
