Title of Position:
Senior Project Manager/Finance Manager-Potential for Temp to Hire

Purpose of the Position:
Will be responsible for the life cycle of several Pharmacy Revenue Cycle projects related to various revenue streams, AR management and billing applications; Must have both solid Financial/Accounting Management with an understanding of the IT Data. This is not an IT Project Manager role. Healthcare Experience/Pharmacy Experience preferred.

Minimum number of years of experience required: 7
Educational Requirement: BA/BS preferably in Finance
# of people supervised: at least 1
Potential to become FTE
Interviews will be face-to-face

Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspect of a Pharmacy Project
2. Collaborate with cross-functional team
3. AR and revenue monitoring, manage vendors and business partners

Top 3 - 5 Required Skills:
1. Project management within a finance group with Healthcare experience
2. Understand data and work flow
3. Financial analysis preferably Healthcare background
4. Accounting and experience working with Revenue Cycles
5. Experience managing staff

Soft Skills
1. Proactive and aggressive while setting deadlines and structuring project
2. Strong People/Communication Skills
3. Ability to coordinate with several departments and create new processes

Job Description:
Manages a unit that provides key business processes, data and/or services that support the attainment of finance goals. Ensures high customer satisfaction.
Provides leadership and direction for the unit in accordance with the overall strategic direction of the department.
Serves as the content expert of the responsible area, providing assistance and advice. Communicates information effectively, translating financial data into meaningful information that support business decision-making. Applies understanding of operational and financial performance to anticipate and meet the needs of clients. Holds unit to high standards of performance. Assures integrity of data and analysis. Defines and frames complex issues and develops time tables/processes for decision making. Facilitates the ongoing learning, well-being, professional satisfaction and development of staff through training, work assignments, increased responsibility/autonomy and mentoring.Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility ( code of conduct) by maintaining confidentiality, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, accreditation and licensure requirements,  policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
Significant (7 years) directly related financial experience with a variety of projects.
Knowledge in one of the following: accounting, finance, quantitative analysis, financial analysis, healthcare economics, information systems, organizational development, health care delivery systems, project management or new business development. Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations related to the healthcare industry. Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills. Excellent skills in complex analytic problem solving, project management and group processes. Proficiency with Microsoft office (ie Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with data sources. Experience with SAS and Microsoft Access helpful.
