Project/Product Manager Coordinator - UX Designer Short Term

WE AT ITH STAFFING ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER/PRODUCT MANAGER WITH UX DESIGNER EXPERIENCE.

4 MONTH CONTRACT JOB....

Duties:
Assist senior manager to plan and organize activities for the full implementation of project goals and objectives for delivering UX software design and prototypes
Works with project leads to develop and communicate project scope, allocate appropriate staff resources, and create project plans.
Ensure that project activities are consistent with the project objectives and that objectives can be met with available resources
Assure that all project deliverables are completed on schedule
Continually monitor the progress of the project and escalate risks to meeting the project schedule or deliverables
Communicate with HQ senior staff to provide project updates and gather feedback
Monitor and balance staff workload across projects
Interact with senior technical and design staff on a daily basis

Skills:
Work experience as Project Manager for 5+ years with deep knowledge of agile UX design and prototyping process for software development
Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading, and speaking.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of technical staff.
Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
Ability to accomplish projects independently.
Strong customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and mail merges; email and web searches
