Project/Process Quality Manager

EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years of working experience, with some years with project management experience in IT
- 4+ years of experience with producing Processes and other related documentation
- Understanding and knowledge of business processes in a global health care industry
- Experience in the validation of computerized systems
- Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, others an asset)

SKILLS/JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE

- Good understanding and knowledge of project quality management
- Excellent understanding of ITIL processes (change management, incident management, Problem management, etc.)
- Capable to producing qualified documentation based on ITIL principles
- Knowledge of the compliance regulations (GxP/GAMP, Data Privacy).
- Good understanding on best practices
- Definition of new processes or methodologies in complex organizations
- Good understanding of commercial business processes and objectives
- High level of customer focus with proven problem solving skills
- Deep knowledge of one Information governance disciplines.
- Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure qualification and/or process validation.
- Specific technical knowledge and experience:
- Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of Visio
- MS SharePoint user and/or administrator knowledge

OTHER

- Good writing skills in quality related documentation.
- Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English, other languages an asset
