Description: Project/Process/Performance Support Manager
He/She will ensure the delivery of the following milestones:
- Being responsible to build the story line for different areas going to Finance MT or other Management Committees;
- Responsible for dashboards including transversal parameters/KPI's to track transversal activities (Financials, HR, Communication and Change Management view).
- Is responsible to draw a communication plan; Is responsible to contribute to the different Change documents including Workers Councils (update of organization charts, FTE's).
- Cross check, challenge and summarize all pieces of information coming from the different sources in order to facilitate management's decision process;
- Is responsible to identify proactively areas for improvement
Current team of motivated people, aiming at making the reorganization a success by working collectively towards the end resu Combination of analytical, tactical skills necessary to operate successfully in this major change implementation project; Motivation to work in a difficult and demanding environment and flexibility to work with people from various backgrounds.
Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail; Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint; Fluency in French or Dutch and English, Good written skills in English
