Project, Process & Orga Officer (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
Within CIB, the Project, Process & Orga team is in charge of all projects and initiatives linked to Corporate and Institutional Banking.
Our role is to coordinate projects with an organizational impact on our CIB department: Back Office, Middle Office and Front Office.
Many projects are linked to our business but need a Compliance, Tax or Finance awareness.
The key-missions of our team are:
- Project management: coordination or contribution to projects.
- Process management: documentation of new activity launch.
- Problem solving: investigation about the root cause of incidents and deployment of a solution.
- Innovation: adaptation of our set-up to new deployments of a new tool, solution or organization.

Function Description
Due to the increasing number of requests linked to the regulatory environment and the Innovation projects, we are looking for a Project Manager for a minimum period of 6 months.
The main tasks of this function are:
- Analysis, Research, Investigation
- Development of a solution (shared and supported by all stakeholders)
- Implementation of the solution.
- Documentation of the solution

Duration 6 months with possible extension

Education
No specific education is expected but a strong understanding of all financial products of a Trading Room and financing métiers is required.

Experience
° Experience in Project Management
° Understanding of Capital Markets organization and environment

Technical Experience
Mandatory
o Ability to manage project autonomously
o Knowledge of Financial Markets products (investment, hedging and financing products)

Preferable
o Understanding of the Banking Regulatory requirements

Business Experience
Mandatory
o at least 2 to 3 years' experience in Financial markets domain.
o successful experience in project management
