Next Generation Digital Channels Program - 2014 & 2015
The Next Generation Digital Channels program will completely revamp the existing PC Banking to address evolved user expectations, multi-device accessibility through a responsive design interface, enhanced sales
capability and upgraded infrastructure.
The Candidate will join the Program management team where he/she will fulfill the role of a Program Support Officer supporting the 5 project
managers and Program Manager.
Function Description
She/He will report directly to the program manager Next Generation Digital Channels and the project manager(s) of the projects in the program , and
will be responsible for:
(1) Managing program financials
° Detail budgets together with the project team, and ensure they are correctly reflected in Clarity
° Regularly follow-up and report on actuals and forecast
° Follow-up Project managers on monthly Clarity updates and reviews
(2) Managing project reporting
° Maintaining Clarity for actuals & milestones follow-up. This includes setting up the program structure, naming convention for
tasks & milestones, resource allocation and capacity calculation.
° Assisting the Program manager in preparing reports for steering committees and boards
(3) Overall program support
° Provide support to the program manager in his day-to-day activities, this includes preparation of meetings, drafting of minutes, follow-up of action logs etc.
° Provide support to the project managers, especially on Sharepoint structure, templates for planning, reporting,
program scope lists, budget reporting etc
Start Date : 24/11/2014
Duration : 3 months - with extension possibly until the end of 2015
depending on performance and suitability for the role.

Education
Master or equivalent by experience
Certification
PRINCE 2, PMO or PMP would be an advantage

Experience
° 5 or more years' experience as a PMO
° Good experience in working as a PMO on a large program
Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Excellent Knowledge of Clarity
° Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
° Good Knowledge of MS Powerpoint
Preferable
° Experience in mobile/online banking/ marketing/ communication is a plus
Business Experience
Mandatory
° Finance: management reporting, budget & forecast cycle, project accounting, IAS 38
Preferable
° Knowledge & experience in banking processes/environment
