Project Planner/Resource Capacity Planner

McGregor Boyall are currently looking for a Project Planner/Resource Capacity Planner for a well-known UK leading client in Cheshire.

The Project Planner/Resource Capacity Planner will help develop and produce new plans based on anticipated business growth and work volumes against resource across all business areas including IT, operations, marketing, sales, customer service etc.

The successful Project Planner/Resource Capacity Planner will have experience;

- Providing accurate and timely regular business and performance reports
- Create and Identify improvements in forecasting
- Track and report on call/email/queue levels across Operations highlighting trends and potential issues to help facilitate planning of daily resource requirements
- In-depth knowledge of how front & Back End operations work with a good understanding of resource planning .
- Experience with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
