This temporary function is submitted to support one of our major suppliers. Part of the portfolio has been sold to another company and is phasing out in the coming years, which adds extra coordination and activities.

Provide support for daily planning and activities

Supporting the disinvesting project team

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Prepares the weekly stock-out projection

Rotate the supported reports (forecast, inventory, and orders) and put them together in the projection file

Lists the codes at risk of breakage within a 8 week horizon

Can, if necessary, work out an allocation scenario and/or prioritization for part of the product portfolio

Performs regular checks on the SKUs in the portfolio on a regular basis

Provides support for updating and maintaining the necessary reports and metrics

Follows the shipments weekly

Ensures that shipments are properly stocked

Follows up technical problems if necessary

Watches the narcotic licenses weekly and indicates for which licenses actions should be taken

Can place orders to the supplier on a weekly basis

Controls the disinvestment project tracker on a regular basis

Fills in the different milestones for each SKU

Provides an overview/summary on a weekly basis so that the necessary actions can be taken

Provides ad hoc support for the divestment project

Check the SKUs in transition and advise whether actions should be taken

Can view the supply pipeline for the SKUs in transition and indicate which actions should be taken

Follows the cover of the SKUs in transition to avoid unnecessary depreciation

Expected knowledge

Knowledge level Bachelor in Logistics or Planning, or equivalent experience

Knowledge of logistics processes

Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Good knowledge of Excel

Good knowledge of spoken and written English

Usage knowledge of current software
