Projektbeschreibung
PROJECT PLANNER - PMO required, to work on a project for a multinational Pharma organisation.
MAIN DUTIES/TASKS
- Be a point of contact for all assigned team members in regard to workplace matters (keep deadlines as assigned; prepare and co-ordinate requested feedback or input).
- Manage/Coordinate office supplies and IT/office equipment tasks according to established processes (ie SAP SRM). Track actual spending in partnership with Finance Manager.
- Event co-ordination (workshops, off-site meetings, team events...).
- Manage Training Matrix, track training completion for all team members.
- Maintains stakeholder map, helps team with operational communication and program internal communication.
- Helps implement the program communication plan - aligned with the Group Communications.
- Support Program Manager in all tasks related program internal and external communication (assist Program Manager in the preparation and review of presentations, email communications, program news, personnel and other announcements).
- Responsible for the content of the Program Intranet site.
- Collaborate and closely align with stakeholders and other communication groups where required (PBO).
LOCATION: Basel - Switzerland
DURATION: Asap - End December 2013
HOURY GROSS RATE: CHF 70.- per hour
