Project Planner PMO

Our client, in the pharmaceutical industry in Basel, is currently seeking a Project Planner to support their Program Management Office.

RESPONSIBILITES

- Act as point of contact for all assigned team members in regard to workplace matters (keep deadlines as assigned; prepare and co-ordinate requested feedback or input)
- Manage/Coordinate office supplies and IT/office equipment tasks according to established processes (ie SAP SRM). Track actual spending in partnership with Finance Manager.
- Event co-ordination (workshops, off-site meetings, team events.)
- Manage Training Matrix, track training completion for all team members.
- Maintains stakeholder map, helps team with operational communication and program internal communication
- Helps implement the program communication plan - aligned with GIS Communications
- Support Program Manager in all tasks related program internal and external communication (assist Program Manager in the preparation and review of presentations, email communications, program news, personnel and other announcements)
- Responsible for the content of the Program Intranet site
- Collaborate and closely align with stakeholders (Global, Divisional IT, GIS) and other communication groups where required
