Project Planner - Beerse, Belgium - 6 months - 28 - 33 - EUR/PerHour
This role will support the divestment to Piramal of several brands manufactured and packaged at a subcontractor location in Italy.
Main tasks:
Track and follow up the different milestones within the project for each country and each SKU
Use the tracking sheet to determine what actions are required and escalate where necessary
Coordinate and prioritize the different artwork inputs to the subcontractor and follow up progress
Translate the project milestones into the operational actions to optimize the supply pipeline and avoid unnecessary write-offs
Skills
General project planning and control experience
Proficient competence in advanced use of MS Office and MS Project 2000 software tools;
Proven application of various planning methodologies used on Facility Construction and Process Equipment development and integration projects
Profile
Administrative skills and the ability to execute tasks and plans
A self-critical way of working to achieve an optimal result
Being able work in a methodical and procedural work
Ability to quickly create texts and verbalize activities
Good at team work
Technical and process wise knowledge and thinking
Good knowledge of MS Office and a broad interest in different computer packages
Knowledge of local legislation is a plus
Good written and verbal reporting skills
Knowledge of English & Dutch, written and oral
