PROJECT PLANNER/12 MONTHS/BASEL, SWITZERLAND/COMPETITIVE RATE

For my client: a successful global organization within the pharmaceutical industry, I'm urgently seeking for a Project Planner.

Project responsibilities:

- Be a point of contact for all assigned team members in regard to workplace matters(keep deadlines as assigned; prepare and co-ordinate requested feedback or input).
- Manage/Coordinate office supplies and IT/office equipment tasks according to established processes. Track actual spending in partnership with Finance Manager.
- Manage Training Matrix, track training completion for all team members.
- Maintains stakeholder map, helps team with operational communication and program internal communication.
- Support Program Manager in all tasks related program internal and external communication (assist Program Manager in the preparation and review of presentations, email communications, program news, personnel and other announcements).

Required skills:

- Solid experience as a Project Planner
- Good reporting, dash-boarding and planning
- Excellent knowledge and experience in MS Project
- Knowledge in Infrastructure is nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry is nice to have
- Language: English
