Project Planner

Are you looking for a new challenge within the Oil and Gas industry as a planner, if so I have the role for you. A client of mine is currently looking to bring a project planner on board on a contract basis withinAberdeen. My client is a service company who provide products, services and systems to the oil and gas industry. The individual will be require to form an integral part of a project area team, providing planning, scheduling and control services to the project in accordance with the clients processes and procedures. The aim of the role is to provide an accurate, timely planning service to enable project and work teams to delivery in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities: - Provide planning control support on proposals - Organise project reporting procedures - Organise project control and liaison with clients - Show commitment to Operating System, providing schedule input for PEM reviews - Risk assessment to delivery of schedules - Prepare work breakdown structures - Ensure that the planning information within SAP is aligned with the Primavera plan Qualifications: - Oil and Gas experience is advantageous - Manufacture background - Working knowledge with Primavera P6 - Maximo is desirable not essential Offerings: - Competitive rates - Long term contacts If this is of interest please apply.
