PROJECT OPERATIONS MANAGER needed to work on a project for a well-known multinational Pharma Organization.
MAIN TASKS:
-
Day-to-day project support for Head Strategic Projects
-
Leadership Team meetings preparation and minutes
-
Support status and KPI reporting
-
Support project communications
-
Support key processes: Risk Management, Issue Management, Change Management, Action Tracking
-
Maintain SharePoint team site (access management, document filing etc.), develop process-supporting workflows
-
Provide PMO specific SharePoint training as well as support/coaching to team members as required
-
Support resource management (on-/off-boarding, training Matrix, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Excellent English skills- oral and written, German desirable
-
Several years of experience in supporting PMO, preferably in a similar role
-
Pharmaceutical industry experience together with a good understanding of processes/organization etc. is a true asset

Experience with MS Office Tools, MS SharePoint
-
Team work in a challenging IT environment
-
Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
-
Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
-
Ability to deal with variable workload
LOCATION: BASEL - SWITZERLAND
DURATION: ASAP for 4 months
Assistance will be provided for obtaining Swiss Work Permit, Housing, and opening Swiss Bank account.
