Project Officer - Robotics Process Automation (5773)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a

PROJECT OFFICER ROBOTICS PROCESS AUTOMATION (5773)

you'll be working in a team responsible for identifying and implementing Robotics Process Automation solutions to support service delivery teams in executing their day to day business more efficiently.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- EXPERIENCE AS PROJECT OFFICER IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND IDEALLY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN ROBOTICS PROCESS AUTOMATION PROJECTS
- FAMILIAR WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES AND TOOLS
- STRONG EXCEL SKILLS AND TECHNICAL AFFINITY
- A SUPPORTIVE PERSONALITY WHO LIKES TO MOVE THINGS FORWARD AND IS REALLY MULTITASKING
- Previous experience in dynamic AGILE PROJECT delivery environments and knowhow of BANKING OPERATIONS are assets
- Able to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do attitude
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH WITH GERMAN BEING A PLUS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with business subject matter experts, IT partners and Operations production support team to ensure flawless preparation, execution and implementation of robotic process automation solutions
- Coordinate process optimization and redesign activities to compliment scrum team backlog build-out
- Support requirement specification and user acceptance testing strategy definition for identified robotics solutions
- Analyze and test existing systems for compatibility with preferred automation platforms
