For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a PROJECT OFFICER - GROUP TREASURY for a 4 months' assignment
YOUR ROLE
Do you thrive when navigating complex environments? Are you always up for the next challenge and solid as a rock when you're juggling a lot of projects? Do you have strong analytical skills?
We're looking for someone like that who can:
- provide PMO support to regulatory reporting program across Investment Bank,Risk & Finance divisions
- work closely with the central program team, senior managers, IT and other project groups to meet program/project deliverables
- take ownership of the multiple program stream status and progress updates, Action-, RAID and Delivery management
- deliver senior-level status reports to the relevant steering and operating committees
- provide administrative support to the workstream leads and project managers using agreed project management methodologies
- maintain documentation for the program & projects, including the tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
YOUR TEAM
You will be working in a global regulatory initiative team in Zürich contributing to the successful achievement of the initiative's goals. It is a dynamic, driven and diverse international team of highly skilled and experienced professionals. The Initiative core team is a well-established function set up to provide strategic regulatory initiatives with enhanced program execution, and design and change capabilities and strategic positioning.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
YOU HAVE:
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a project/PMO role (preferably in financial industry)
- previous PMO experience supporting large programs, ideally within the financial sector
- solid organizational skills, ideally
- PPM Clarity tool substantial hands-on experience
- profound skills at MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
YOU ARE:
- reliable, trustworthy, detail oriented, with methodical planning and strong financial skills
- a self-starter who will take on problems of your own accord as well as works well within the team
- eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams
- a solid verbal and written communicator, able to talk to colleagues at all levels in the organization in English (German understanding is a plus)
