PROJECT OFFICER
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English and German speaking PROJECT OFFICER to join the bank's WMPC TECH Account Management team in Zürich. They serve as the main point of contact for their business partners at portfolio level and acts as a single point of entry, delivering all technology services to the business side. The Account Management organization reflects the structural model of the business side and actively helps to transform business strategies into IT deliverables
For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- provide administrative support to the Account Management team
- manage the IT Order Book front-to-back
- prepare stakeholder meetings or workshops in close collaboration with IT Account Managers and partners
- maintain documentation and specific management information system
- provide Portfolio reporting (ie health checks, forecast) to the various IT Account Managers
You must possess:
- a university degree
- at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- excellent working skills with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) is a must
- fluent in German and English
