Financial Services organisation is currently seeking a talented Project Officer to assist on exciting and challenging projects. You must have experience supporting several Project Managers and the ability to work on multiple projects at the one time.

Your responsibilities as the Project Officer are as follows:

- Delivery of project support services to internal project teams
- Assist in identifying improvements to project, system release and department administration processes
- Perform assigned administrative tasks.
- Assist in monitoring project, system delivery and benefits realisation
- Assist the collation of project information to produce coordinated, consolidated and timely reporting
- Assist in the development of financial management, reporting and procurement services
- Assist in developing project post-implementation reviews
- Perform risk management

You will have the following experience:

- Experience working on IT Related projects within a Project Administration or Coordination capacity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet required deadlines
- Ability to work on delegated tasks under minimal supervision
- Promote strong customer service delivery to both internal and external customers.
- Detail focused
- IT or business qualification
- Good understanding of project administration tasks such as financial management and status reporting
