Projektbeschreibung
A project officer, able to create and maintain Client Data Confidentiality (CDC) Program and produce architectural diagrams is needed to join an investment bank in Zurich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project/Program administration
- Organization of team meetings/workshop logistics
- Support in the production and maintenance of project documentation
Key Deliverables:
- Project plan creation and maintenance
- Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
- Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables
- Architectural diagrams
Work Experience:
- 3 years + project officer experience in a global financial firm or investment banking
- Scope and complexity of role: Level 2 staff deal with a variety of standard and non-standard activities for a team or a certain area as experts and/or as supervisors. This may include administrative or professional work and keeping processes and data up-to-date.
- Span of Control: Level 2 staff typically manage a small team. As line managers, they are responsible for results-oriented management. This includes: active employee management based on client's management principles; adherence to budget and compliance rules and to the relevant internal guidelines and legal provisions; supervision of daily operational business. They work within clearly defined processes, with sufficient leeway for their own input.
- Organizational impact: Level 2 staff impact is mainly within the team as a pro active resource supporting change processes and procedures.
- Desirable skills: German language
Swiss National or Swiss work permit holders need only apply.
