PLEASE NOTE: DUTCH/NEDERLANDS LANGUAGE IS A MUST FOR THIS ROLE, AS MEETINGS AND OTHER AREAS OF THE BUSINESS ARE IN A DUTCH SPEAKING ENVIRONMENT.
My client requires a Dutch speaking (Nederlands) Project Support Consultant, with an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, structured working vision, and an assertive attitude to drive towards the successful delivery of a strategic business project.
As the Project Support Consultant, you will offer logistic and administrative support for the project management team. You will be part the project team for the implementation of an automated warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: DUTCH/NEDERLANDS LANGUAGE IS A MUST FOR THIS ROLE, AS MEETINGS AND OTHER AREAS OF THE BUSINESS ARE IN A DUTCH SPEAKING ENVIRONMENT.
Project Support Consultant responsibilities:
- Organising and preparing meetings with vendors and third parties
- Documenting meeting reports
- Triggering actions and actioning following up on meetings
- Following up statuses and creating reports
- Assisting project manager in other tasks
- Reporting to the project management team.
- Working together with experienced business key users and stakeholders.
Project Support Consultant:
- Languages: Dutch speaking is a must & English
- Driven, assertive attitude
- Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Powerpoint knowledge
- Experience in a similar project office, project support role.
- Experience in software projects or automation projects.
