Projektbeschreibung
The main objectives of the Portfolio and Project Office are to provide support to Project Leaders in the execution of their projects, to provide added value analysis to various stakeholders including Application Development and Maintenance management and Portfolios, to support the Divisional budget management and coordinate the quarterly forecast exercises.
Your skills:
We are looking for an officer to join the Project and Portfolio team to help with various administrative tasks linked to the management and reporting of projects and operationnal activities. The job is composed of the following tasks. You will provide support on project management tools. You will provide ad-hoc trainings on project management tools. You will advise project management tools users (eg process flows, best practices, etc). You will monitor the quality of project booking data. You will report on project booking data. You will improve the data collection and monitoring processes where appropriate.
You will act as service desk incident manager Generic sills:
- You are well organised and demonstrate a logical mind
- You show good analytical skills
- You are excellent team player
- You have good communication and inter-personnal skills
- You have the ability to handle several priorities at the same time
Technical skills:
- As the function requires an extensive usage of PC applications, you are familiar with applications like Excel or Access (knowledge in Macro and VBA is an asset)
- You show interest in IT matters and project management.
