Project Methodology and Change Management specialist
The HR Steering Center Talent and Performance Tools manages HR tools that are used at group level including projects and evolutions both on existing and new tools.
The business analyst is in charge of all the activities linked to such evolutions and projects
ROLE:
Participate to the Planning & Methods activities regarding Project methodology
As a Specialist in project and change management, you're responsible to assist the Planning & Methods to:
- Coordinate the definition of a common and shared project management methodology
- Gather the expectations of the various stakeholders in term of deliverables
- Identify and address potential change issues
- Sell and support the implementation of the Project management methodology
- Drive the change management process, including information and training
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in Project and change management
LANGUAGES REQUIREMENT:
French: Fluent
English: Fluent
Required knowledge/Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
MANDATORY:
- Knowledge of Project management tools
- Knowledge of Access, Excel,
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:
MANDATORY:
- Expertise in Project management
- Expertise in Change management, including training and presentation skills
- Comfortable in project mode environment
- commitment on deadline,
- capacity to set up her/his own individual planning
- ability to document activities (meeting minutes, process verbal (PV) of test campaign..)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, able to sell the benefits of the project to acquire adhesion in the project
- Previous experience in PMO
