Project Managers - Multiple Openings

Multiple PMs needed for Government Programs CSDW Planning team PM needed for accelerated and highly visible projects; Needs to have a solid IT PM track record managing Application Development projects. Experience monitoring and managing project budgets required. PM Needs to be able to work with cross-functional IT teams, business partners, and clients. PMs Must have excellent planning skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years of previous project management experience
- Solid IT PM track record managing Application Development projects
- 8-10 years of experience in information systems environment
- Formal training in IT project management practices required
- Certification in project management helpful
- Knowledge of healthcare industry helpful
- Advanced knowledge of IT project development, including budgeting and timeline creation
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward project completion
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Excellent communication skills including presentations and negotiations to Senior IT and Business leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and present clear, concise and convincing messages appropriately targeted to the specific audience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate status and issues effectively both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel, working knowledge of Access
- Working knowledge of SharePoint required
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business and some travel requirements
