With 123 global patents, the company is headquartered in Atlanta and has offices in North and South America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

We are looking for two Project Managers to help communicate and coordinate with multi-partner IT teams to ensure business and functional requirements are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Actively engage in analysis efforts to drive a timely delivery of results
- Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards
- Creates and executes project schedules and revises as appropriate
- Manages change to the project by controlling the scope, schedule and cost
- Manages stakeholder expectations
- Able to grasp a technical understanding of a project quickly, see the big picture and drive to completion
- Creates and distributes project status
- Manages an issue and action log
- Controls & monitors the schedule and risk factors
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Minimizes exposure to risk on a project
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Tracks and reports team hours
- Ensures timely and accurate invoicing and monitors receivables for project
- Leads project scoping and LOE assessments
- Effectively conveys project messages in both written and verbal business development discussions

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4 year college degree required. Master's Degree is a plus.
- Business analysis and project management experience
- Direct working experience as a business analyst in a multi-location and multi-partner environment
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Project/Project Server
- Experience with Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Visio
- Action oriented and process driven
- Extremely strong communication and personal skills
- Must know how to diffuse tense/escalating situations
- Must stand firm in the face of policy/process violations
- Communicates and follows-up continuously
- Excellent negotiation skills
- High motivation. Sees constant room for improvement and work to be done everywhere
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
- Ability to lead new development projects with minimal assistance
- General understanding of the Internet, Intranet, Extranet and Client Server architectures
- General understanding of the prepaid industry
- Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design
- Document, share knowledge and train others
- Creates design deliverables including: flowcharts, process flows, data flow diagrams and logical diagrams
- Creates or assists others in writing of user documentation, instructions, procedures and use cases
