Project Manager (x 2)

We are the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), an independent and authoritative body that safeguards the quality and academic standards of UK higher education.

We are looking for two PRINCE2 qualified Project Managers to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO).

In this role you will work closely with internal sponsors and stakeholders to shape and steer the delivery of business change initiatives coming from the organisation's project portfolio. Your experience and enthusiasm will also help us grow and strengthen our PMO function to build a culture of sound project and programme management practice across the organisation.

Your projects at QAA will have significant business impact and are likely to be complex and involve cross-agency working. You will work with the business exploring and prioritising requirements, and tracking solutions development to ensure that outputs are delivered to agreed costs and timescales. You must be able to matrix manage small, high performing teams of business and solution specialists delivering change through the creation and embedding of bespoke IT solutions.

Due to the location of our head office in Gloucester within 15 minutes of the M5, this is commutable from Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham and Swindon.
