Project Manager Officer with Supply Chain experience
Dear PMO,
I'm supporting my international pharma client located in LeLocle in finding a PMO to join them for a long term project until the end of 2018.
You will join the PMO team which currently exists out of 4 people who work together on different projects. As a PMO you will develop plans for process improvement involving organizational change and development to achieve goals and objectives. You will leave and work within a cross functional team environment to develop process improvement initiatives as well as establishing budgetary guidelines for multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
-Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to establish the highest level of efficiency and best practice.
-Anticipates issues and barriers that may impede progress.
-Benchmarks and validates innovative solutions as a method of monitoring progression to ensure value is being created and is consistent with organizational goals, objectives and standards.
-Collaborates with Human Resources to leverage technology to develop change management programs and improve organizational learning capabilities.
-Meets or exceeds customer requirements with respect to time, cost efficiency, and business value.
-Builds and prioritizes project teams, delegates assignments, establishes accountability and deadlines to drive business results.
-Leads, influences, and negotiates to ensure deliverables exceeds expectations and are of the highest quality
Skills needed to fulfil this role successfully
-Proper Project Management: Taking over responsibility for the project owned (Budget, Timelines, Team)
-Great communication skills, ability to convince
-Experience with Supply Chain
-Change Management experience
Qualifications needed:
-Min. 5 years Supply Chain and/or project management related experience
-GMP Experiences are relevant, Knowledge with Medical devices preferred
-Computer literate: Planning Tools like APS (Planning systems)
-ERP system knowledge: like SAP, JDE, APO (SAP)
-MES knowledge preferred, MS Office as basis
-Languages: fluent spoken and written in both (English) and fluent SPOKEN French
