If you are a PROJECT MANAGER with experience with SERVICENOW, then you are THE person we are looking for!
This very exciting opportunity is a CONTRACTING POSITION planned to START THE 29TH OF MAY until the 30TH OF NOVEMBER for one of the BIGGEST PHARMACEUTICAL PLAYERS based in BASEL.
The project:
The position is about the deployment of a Service Now project.
You will be in charge of detail scope analysis, project planning, execution tracking and reporting for the following work streams:
* Other Service Operations
* Review and - if required - update of TIS SOPs, WIs and other documentation affected by new global processes and the migration to ServiceNow.
* Reports for SLA reporting and service invoicing
* Technical interfaces to TIS specific tools
* Release & Test Management
* Testing of ServiceNow releases in regards to deployment waves
* Implementation/testing of 40 TIS specific forms needed to manage services in ServiceNow
You bring for this role the following qualifications:
- Excellent English written and spoken. Ideally one other language (German or French)
- Very good understanding of IT infrastructure
- Experience with data migrations, ideally into a CMDB
- Knowledge of ServiceNow tool would be of value
- Senior project management abilities
