Project Manager with Salesforce Experience

Transition Technical Project Manager will be overseeing the transfer of knowledge of the salesforce.com implementation/delivery

He/she will provide the following:
*Design, develop, and deploy project migration plan into the business
*Provide leadership for this migration status through formal governance roles, eg on steering committees, and by building and maintaining trusted relationships with project, business and technology leaders.
*Tracking and reporting of projects/programs, including project financials and resourcing, weekly status reporting, key stakeholder communication/management support, management presentations
*Provision of complete, accurate, and timely management information to key stakeholders
*Ensure that all knowledge is transferred from existing providers into new transition delivery team.

Main Responsibilities:
*Migration Management
oEnsure that appropriate targets and milestone dates are set for the speed and quality of transition and manage the activities to achieve those targets
oidentification and mitigation of risk
oproject team management and also man management of those involved in the salesforce.com transition project ie developers

Essential
*Salesforce.com experience (particularly sales cloud, service cloud and communities)
*Service transition project management skills.
*Comprehensive and strong skills in project and program management
*Effective written and verbal communication skills are needed, as well as experience in communicating, persuading, and influencing at senior stakeholder level
*Self-motivated and proactive in the working environment
*Demonstrates the gravitas and courage needed to build relationships and convey authority in order to resolve conflicts and maintain direction
*Fluent English speaker
*At ease and effective in operating in an international working environment
*Ability to keep teams focused on delivery outcomes in order to meet deadlines with quality
*Strong enough commercial skills and experience to be able to develop and challenge costs and benefits in business cases
*Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in being able to overcome problems in transition of service
