Project Manager with Lotus Notes and Oracle DB experience (50%) wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- At least 5 years' experience working as a Project Manager with proficiency in running medium to large scale projects and expertise in project management processes and procedures
- Practical know-how in project analyst methodologies, change management and business process development best practices
- Very good command of MS Office Suite with a deep understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration
- Excellent communicative and analytic skills to work with cross-program resources
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Planning and maintaining systems and procedures for good operating efficiency as well as coordinating staff for optimal performance
- Being in charge of one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects and working within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements
- Allocating resources and all phases of development life cycle, eg feasibility study, testing, business and implementation planning, etc.
- Making sure that all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented and if necessary, obtaining and managing external resources for project completion
- Directing the activities of project team members as well as leading cross-functional teams
