Project Manager with Life and Pensions & Italian

My client a large multinational in the insurance Industry is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER WITH LIFE AND PENSIONS & ITALIAN MARKET EXP, to work with the Project Team, multiple third parties including our IT Partners and business stakeholders to identify and document roadmap/project scope which will establish a Terms of Reference for all project deliverables

DAILY RATE IS NEGOTIABLE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build relationships, gain consensus, remove tension/roadblocks and focus on the solution
- Identify and document the project scope and deliver a Terms of Reference by which project tasks and deliverables are to be planned and implemented
- Following Critical Chain Methodology, develop a clear End to End Program Plan based on the agreed TOR with key deliverable and milestone dates -Manage expectations of all interested parties
- Align cross-functional stakeholders on objectives and goals for the program, gather and prioritise requirements
- Oversee all project and deployment tasks to including training requirements for delivery and support teams

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Wide experience in Life and Pensions/Italian Market/Working in a cross border environment
- Fluency in both Italian and English are pre-requisites

REQUIREMENTS:

- 7 years work experience in Project Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value. Proven project management, inter-personal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Systems Thinking and Critical Chain
