LEADING FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY IN ZÜRICH IS LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER WITH SECURITIES OPERATIONS AWARENESS AND SMALL AMOUNT OF IT KNOWLEDGE.

- PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- ASSET SERVICING: SECURITIES PROCESSING (IMPLICIT IN THIS IS SOME UNDERSTANDING OF HOW SWIFT PROCESSING WORKS)
- FLUENT GERMAN & ENGLISH

Key Responsibilities:

- A challenging Business Analysis and Project Lead position with E2E responsibility in our Global Operations Service Delivery team in Zurich
- Working on market driven and strategic topics that are shaping the future of the financial industry
- An environment where you can apply intellect and passion for solving the challenges of major business process changes and delivering the necessary changes in the applications landscape as well driving opportunity assessments to increase efficiency
- Broad insight into the global banking business

- Arrange trainings for a team in Poland

Overview of the department/team (team size, backgrounds, personalities):

The current team size is around 8 Business Analysts/Project Managers delivering the BoW for Asset Servicing CH and Special Programs like BDC (Business Delivery Center) deployments or RPA initiativesEssentials Skills and Qualifications:

- EXPERTISE IN BANKING OPERATIONS ESPECIALLY SECURITIES PROCESSING with experience in the Asset Servicing and/or Custody &Transfers Area
- VERY GOOD COMMAND OF WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH AND GERMAN IS A MUST
- Demonstrable change management experience
- Business knowledge
- OUTSTANDING ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND CONCEPTUAL CAPABILITIES TO SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW BUSINESS OPERATING MODELS WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH VENDORS.

Desired Skills and Qualifications/nice to have:

- Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management as well as with people on operational level
- Self-motivated and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo and developing pragmatic solutions
- High-end communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of senior management exposure
- Experience with a work flow tool eg Pega Rules is an asset
