RESPONSIBILITIES:- - Develop documentation
- Review business processes
- Gather requirements and technology designs, focusing on communication networks
- Liaison with stakeholders
- Develop information systems
- Manage projects (PRINCE2)
- Undertake research and analysis of software and technologies pertaining to the needs of internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:- - Manage data driven projects
- Establish business analysis;
- process and use of case modelling,
- designing information systems,
- drafting business cases,
- identifying and defining business requirements at both the macro and micro levels,
- evaluate and present options
- Strong time management skills
- Highly developed engagement skills
- Track record of delivering work products and outcomes on time and to client/organisational expectations.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including:
- dealing with conflicting user feedback, developing high level briefing documents,
- leading and coordinating small working groups
- facilitating group workshops and discussions
- driving decision making processes.
- Understanding of and commitment to security.

NV1 CLEARANCE PREFERRED.
